How do you protect health information?
How do you protect health information?
Your Supportive Place complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. We store health information on HIPAA-compliant software and systems. Our phone call, email, and fax messaging software is also HIPAA-compliant. Texting is not HIPAA-compliant.
What is your rate for waiver services?
What is your rate for waiver services?
We bill up to 8 units for every visit at a rate of $25.09 per unit. Environmental Accessibility Adaptations evaluations will be the same rate, meaning we bill up to $200.72 for a 2-hour session.
