Your Supportive Place LLC provides environmental access and modification evaluations through the Missouri Department of Mental Health & Missouri Brain Injury Waiver Programs. Certain waivers also allow you to receive ongoing occupational therapy services. Have your case manager reach out to get authorized.

How much do telehealth services cost?
Telehealth services are charged at the same rate as in-person services.
Do you charge additionally for gas, travel or documentation?
No, there are no additional fees for gas, travel or documentation time.
How do you protect health information?
Your Supportive Place complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. We store health information on HIPAA-compliant software and systems. Our phone call and fax messaging software is also HIPAA-compliant. Email and texting are not HIPAA-compliant.
What is your rate for Medicaid services?
We bill up to 8 units for every visit at a rate of $25.09 per unit. Environmental Accessibility Adaptations evaluations will be the same rate, meaning we bill up to $200.72 for a 2-hour session.
